Oak Arms Training Group LLC collects only what we need to answer your questions, schedule your training, and take payment. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Contact form. Your name, email, phone number (optional), the course you're asking about, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and your IP address, which we use to block spam and abuse.
Payments. When you pay online, Stripe collects your payment details and shares your name, email, phone number, and what you bought with us. We never see or store your full card number. If you choose Klarna, Klarna handles that application under its own privacy policy.
Consultation bookings. Consultations are booked through Google Calendar, which collects your name, email, and booking details and takes payment through Stripe.
Permit applications. For application services, you give us the documents and personal information the licensing authority requires. We use them only to prepare and submit your application.
To reply to you, schedule and deliver your training, prepare your applications, take payment, keep records the law requires of us, and keep this site safe from spam and abuse. We don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.
We share information only with the services that run parts of our business: Stripe and Klarna (payments), Google (email and consultation booking), and Cloudflare (site hosting and security). We also share it when the law requires it, such as submitting an application you asked us to file.
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a cookie that tells people apart from bots, which the site needs to stay secure. Stripe and Google set their own cookies on their checkout and booking pages.
We keep inquiries and customer records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete them.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records we're legally required to keep can't be deleted until that requirement ends.
Our services and this site are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
